Meeting was called to order by Pres Ajay.

R-Kid Mansi Bhalani gave the Thought for the day.

Pres Ajay thanked his FORCE XI team,Anns,his Core Committee & CT Manish Gyani for their support in making the Installation a grand success.

He also appreciated the support of his team members who had worked hard in the launching of the Rotary Service Centre.

He congratulated Dir Rashmikant Sanghvi for successful adoption of 51 students of Nalanda school, jointly with IWC Borivli.He requested Dir Rashmikant Sanghvi  to share his views about the project.Dir Rashmikant  thanked all the members who had participated in this adoption programme. He further appreciated the members saying that   each member he had approached had given him a positive feedback.He thanked Rtn Akshay Wani & Rtn Manish Gyani for adopting 5 students each.

Pres Ajay further thanked Rtn Narinder Shah & Rtn Hemant Asher for their hard work in initializing the Street Adoption Project. Pres further informed that his Co-Presidents & Avenue Chair had called up to congratulate and to acquire information on how to work on the project.

Pres Ajay also appreciated the efforts of Rtn Avinash Gujarathi for starting the Vocational training project of Basic Beautician under Disha at Rotary Service centre.

After this Pres Ajay shifted the reins of the meeting to MOC Sonal Chandarana & Aarti Gandhi for the Parent's Felicitation Programme.

They conducted the programme beautifully  and was appreciated by one & all.

After the felicitation Pres Ajay invited On To Convention� Dir Chetan Joshi to explain about the convention in brief.

Then PDG Bharat Pandya gave a detailed information about the convention, how it is held, where it is held, the size of the convention hall, what types of programmes are held at the Convention and why should one go to the convention. He informed about how the flags are exchanged ,about House of Friendship and many more minute details. He further said that Rotarians often asked him a question whether one should attend the convention & his advice was one must and this year specially as our Indian National Anthem would be played at the convention and it would be a proud moment for every Indian when Kalyan Banerjee would  head Rotary from the front.

At the end PDG paid tribute to his Late father S.S.Pandya.

Rtn Rajul Pathak gave the Secretarial Announcement.

Club celebrated the birthday of First Major Donor of Our Club Rtn Mukesh Thakkar and wished him a successful life ahead.

Vote of Thanks was proposed by Pres Ajay.
